Juliana is a pivotal force in the industry, with a distinguished 20 year tenure in Public Relations, Digital influencer, and VIP Relations. Based in Los Angeles at the heart of LION VIP’s operations, she has orchestrated communications initiatives for numerous premier global brands. Juliana’s career began at KCD in New York before she moved to Los Angeles to open the Karla Otto Celebrity + VIP Office, leveraging Celebrity and Digital Influencer synergy in brand strategies.
Her strategic prowess has shaped iconic labels like Stella McCartney, Vivienne Westwood, Stuart Weitzman, Victoria Beckham, ALO Yoga, Naturium, goop beauty, Kate Somerville, Solawave, PHLUR, and Saltair. Juliana launched LION VIP in 2018, dedicating herself to cultivating brands with passion and integrity. Resilient in the post-pandemic landscape, LION VIP was named PR Net’s Next Gen Agency of the Year in 2024 (VIP + Celebrity across all divisions) and honored in the 100 Best Agencies in the US list in 2023—a testament to Juliana’s dedication and innovative leadership.
